Adam Farid joined Adero in 2023 with over six years of financial planning and wealth management experience.

Adam began his career in 2017 working on the financial technology side of the business for the leading comprehensive financial planning software company in the industry. In 2020, he joined a nationally recognized wealth management firm servicing high-net-worth individuals providing services in tax planning, investment management, estate planning, retirement planning, and insurance solutions.

Adam graduated from San Diego State University with a BA in Economics. He is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ professional.

What drew you to wealth management?

The opportunity to help clients over the span of their lives is what ultimately drew me to wealth management; watching them achieve their goals is the ultimate reward. I also enjoy that the ever-evolving market keeps me on my toes.

What do you enjoy most about Adero?

Our team and the collaborative work environment. We all work together to put our best foot forward for every client. Everyone works hard but also knows how to have fun while doing so. I look forward to coming in to work with such a dedicated team every day!

What do you enjoy most about wealth management?

The thing I enjoy the most about wealth management is the everlasting relationship that I build with my clients. The relationship begins as a professional relationship but as the years go by it tends to become more of a friendship. I love cheering on my clients as they achieve all of the goals that they set out to achieve in life.

What do you feel is the biggest value Adero brings to its clients?

Given our team-based approach, clients can have confidence that we are prepared to tackle any situation thrown our way. We have a team of experts that specialize in all areas of financial planning, and clients have access to the knowledge of everyone’s expertise, rather than just one individual advisor.

What professional accomplishment are you most proud of?

Earning my CFPֿ® certification. The CFPֿ® was a rigorous and challenging program that demanded a high level of focus and determination. My work ethic has carried over to my personal and professional life.

What personal accomplishment are you most proud of?

Running my first marathon in 2022! The training process took consistency and grit, but it all paid off when I crossed that finish line.

What do you love to do outside of work?

Outside of the office, you can find me playing golf, surfing, or going on long runs. I also enjoy traveling in my free time. Half of my family lives throughout Europe and North Africa, so I love visiting and spending time with them.
